+ PRESENT YOUR FILM AT OUR SCREENING PARTY

In this workshop participants will be introduced to the possibilities of lighting, to capture on 16mm film. The first session is black and white, the second builds on that knowledge to capture and push the potential of complex lighting situations. Spend the weekend with us in our seamless studio set up with a variety of lighting tools to learn how to light and expose for film! All film stock, equipment and processing services will be provided.  Finished projects will be presented after the conclusion of the course at our screening party at thee Anthology Film Archives.

FREE SCREENING PARTY SUNDAY DECEMBER 10th at 12 PM

LOCATION: MONO HQ 33 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn NY  5 min walk from 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, B, D, N, Q, R, & G trains.

INCLUDES: 2 Classroom sessions with a camera and camera operator. Kodak XX 16MM FILM, B/W negative developing, lab processing, Access to lighting kit and seamless studio for demonstrations. 2K transfer of finished film. Course packet with technical information, online hosting of finished film, local & international film festival entry waivers.
