SUPER-8MM COLOR REVERSAL FILM MAKING

LEARN TO CAPTURE, DEVELOP, EDIT & PROJECT YOUR OWN COLOR REVERSAL FILM IN 5 SESSIONS !

Learn the art and craft of Super-8mm film making shooting on Kodak’s newly re-released Ektachrome color reversal film !  This will be a hands-on class designed for the beginner that covers all aspects of Super-8mm film making: cameras, angle, story, exposure, lighting, editing, and projection. Participants will conceive, capture, hand-develop and edit their own projection ready film. 2 workshops in 1 as you will also learn how to mix chemistry and develop your own film.  This offering also includes a 5 day camera rental! We will also discuss alternatives to projection, sound, and how to promote your short film work with a list of Super-8mm friendly film festivals around the world.  All equipment and materials will be provided for. Finished projects will be presented after the conclusion of the course.
